Who is a Candidate for Sculptra?

Patients who have a history of scarring complications, are pregnant, or breastfeeding should not undergo Sculptra injections.
The Sculptra Procedure
During the procedure, one of our skin care specialists will examine your skin and map out where injections will take place. Sculptra will be injected using a fine needle, which commonly only takes about 20 minutes. Sculptra Aesthetic will provide you with subtle results over time, replacing lost collagen. Sculptra Recovery
There is very little downtime involved with Sculptra injections, with most patients able to return to work directly after treatment. Common side effects include redness, swelling, itchiness, and bruising at the injection sites. Patients can feel free to apply makeup a few hours after treatment.
