Liposuction
Our surgeons perform the gold standard of liposuction techniques by removing the maximum amount of fat with the highest degree of safety. Large deposits of fat in the thighs, abdomen, chest, arms, buttocks, and neck are often unresponsive to diet and exercise. In fact, some deposits of fat may remain even with a strenuous exercise routine and leave you feeling awkward and self-conscious.
Over the years, the procedure has developed into one of the most popular forms of plastic surgery. Our board certified plastic surgeons can help remove fat deposits to regain the confidence and appealing physique you desire.

[accordion-item title=”Candidate for Liposuction?”]
The best candidates are people with localized accumulations of fat in specific areas. The surgery can be used both on average sized and obese patients, but larger patients may benefit more from another body contouring procedure such as a body lift.
The best way to determine if you are a candidate is through a one-on-one consultation with one of our plastic surgeons. [/accordion-item]

Liposuction is achieved through small incisions made in the treatment area. A cannula, or thin hollow tube, is then inserted through these incisions to loosen excess fat cells. A surgical vacuum is used to suction the fat out of the body, resulting in a slimmer body contour.
It can reduce excess fat deposits in many areas of the body, including the neck, breasts, back, arms, buttocks, hips, love handles, thighs, calves, and ankles.

Following the procedure, you may have drains inserted to collect excess fluids. Patients will also need to wear special compression garments on treatment areas as well. Swelling and redness are common and should dissipate with time. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle for long-lasting results. [/accordion-item]
